After driving right beside the sea, I follow the road as it winds uphill to Chokandai Lookout. I love that moment when I spot the road I’ve just driven, curling along the mountainside. I’d love to explore the Tsugaru Peninsula in summer and stop for a rockfish set meal in Kodomari.
